Grow your studio + enrol more students

WITH

WEBSITE DESIGN

A woman with black hair and a white shirt smiling, shown in a speech bubble saying ‘I've had a influx of new students’. Two laptops display websites: one for a brand called Valour focused on mental health awareness with a minimalist design featuring a hand reaching upward; the other promotes dance and wellness classes with an image of a woman smiling on stage and text about movement and free classes.

Make enrolments simple

Parents are busy and won’t wait on a confusing or outdated site. Missing class info, hard-to-use enrolment forms, and slow-loading pages cost you new students. A modern, mobile-friendly website makes it easy for families to find what they need, enrol online, and see what makes your studio special.

  • Attract more students: easy enrolments, less friction

  • Impress parents: sleek, mobile-friendly design

  • Stand out: showcase what makes your studio unique

When your website doesn’t keep up, the cracks show fast

Parents give up when they can’t find timetables or enrolment info. You end up drowning in repetitive admin questions. And every dollar you spend on marketing is wasted if visitors click away in frustration.

That’s why your site needs to do more than just look good. With clear navigation, streamlined enrolments, and a professional design that reflects your brand, your website becomes a powerful tool to attract more students and grow your studio.

Fully custom.
No templates.

Every studio runs a little differently, so I tailor each project to fit your unique setup. I don’t start from scratch for the sake of it — instead, I look at what’s already working and where we can make smart improvements to enrol more students and cut down on admin time.

Showcase Your Studio

We’ll highlight photos and videos of your dancers, classes, and achievements to show what makes your studio unique.

Your website will guide students and parents to take action towards enrolment, with careful layout and navigation design.

Your new website will work alongside any other tools you use, like your Email Marketing Platform or your Studio Management Software.

FAQs

  • Most websites take 4–6 weeks from your booked design start date. The exact timeline depends on your project size and your availability over that time.

  • Website packages are tailored to your studio and range from $1,500 to $5,000 NZD (excluding GST). This doesn’t include ongoing fees for Squarespace subscriptions, domain registrations, or any integrated tools, which you pay directly to those providers. For example, if you use StudioPro, I can integrate it with your website, but you would continue paying your StudioPro subscription directly.

Your investment covers a fully custom, professional website built to attract students, simplify enrolments, and grow your studio.

  • You can pay by bank deposit or credit card (fees apply).

A 20% non-refundable deposit secures your design date. The next 30% is due before the project start, and the remaining 50% is payable at the end, before the transfer of website ownership.

  • Yes — you’ll need a Squarespace subscription (Business/Core plan or higher) to keep your website live. As a Squarespace Gold Partner I can get you 20% off your first year’s subscription. Once your design package is paid in full, I don’t charge ongoing fees. If you’d like me to manage your website regularly, I can do that for an additional monthly fee.

  • I know you’re busy running your studio, so I make the process as simple as possible. That said, your input is essential to ensure your website truly reflects your brand. Here’s what I’ll need from you along the way:

    • Business details — Tell me about your studio, brand, and goals so I can design with them in mind.

    • Access — Logins for your existing website (if any), domain registrar, and any tools we’ll integrate.

    • Content — Images, videos, and copy. I can often reuse content from your existing site, but high-quality photos (performances, classes, teacher headshots) are strongly recommended.

    • Policies — Copy for your Privacy Policy (required) and Terms of Use (recommended). If you don’t have these, I can help you source templates.

    • Feedback — Respond to design drafts and give feedback at key stages.

    • Subscription — Pay your Squarespace subscription at the end of the project so your new site can go live.

Don’t worry, I’ll guide you through each step so nothing falls through the cracks!

  • If you decide to move forward, I’ll send the Agreement and Invoice for your deposit. You can review everything, ask questions via email, and then decide whether to proceed.

Once you’re ready, simply sign the Agreement and pay the deposit. I’ll then send a confirmation that your project is booked, along with instructions for the next steps, such as submitting your content.
